Serve with steamed rice or linguine. Serves 4
750g Peeled raw prawns
2 cloves garlic
100ml white wine
200ml cooking cream
2 teaspoons butter
Handful of parsley
Lightly season prawns with salt
Add butter and crushed garlic to a pan on low / medium heat
Allow butter to melt & garlic to sauté for 45 seconds, turn up to medium heat and add prawns
Cook prawns for 45 seconds each side, and then add white wine.
After another 45 seconds, remove the prawns and add the cream
Allow cream to simmer & reduce for 90 seconds, then add prawns and simmer for a further 2 minutes
Serve next to a bed of white rice, or on top of linguine & garnish with some chopped parsley.
